Pick Your Own Flowers

Cancellation Policy

This service is for 1 person to pick flowers from our Pick Your Own area for 1 hour only. One bucket may be filled (around 30 stems fills a bucket). Well-behaved children are welcome but must be accompanied by another adult and remain outside the flower picking enclosure. As this is a working farm, we don't allow dogs on site and take no responsibility for damage caused to unsuitable clothing or your personal effects. Please be advised the ground is also uneven and so suitable footwear should be worn. As flowers are natural and as such unpredictable, we may have to and reserve the right to cancel your appointment for reason such as, but not limited to, the following: • Weather or pests have damaged the flowers and none are available to pick. • We run out of fresh flowers. • The season finishes early due to weather conditions. • We have no staff available to serve you. As we only take payment on the day, there will be no refunds given for cancelled appointments. You are able to reschedule your appointment yourself or we can advise on another suitable time. Old Oak Farm grows a wide range of flowers suitable for your displays and will always provide advice on what to pick, if required. Please remember to bring a watertight bucket to protect your flowers on their journey home.
