Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in our workshop. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please carefully review our booking policy outlined below: 1. Booking Confirmation * Reservation Requirement: All participants must book their spot in advance. Bookings can be made through our website. 2. Payment * Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, via the booking form on our website where payment is required, in full, on booking your place(s). 3. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations by Participants: * Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the workshop are eligible for a full refund. * Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable. * Rescheduling: As this is a one-time workshop, unfortunately participants will be unable to reschedule. * No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for participants who do not show up for the workshop.
 4. Cancellations by Organiser * In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund. 5. Workshop Participation * Minimum Age: The workshop is open to participants aged 15 years and above. Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified. * Group Bookings: Our website booking form allows for up to 5 people to book under one bookee, the same rules regarding cancellations apply. * Capacity: Each workshop has a maximum capacity of 20 participants to ensure an intimate and hands-on experience.
 6. Workshop Materials * All flowers, tools, and materials required for the workshop will be provided.
 7. Safety and Conduct * Safety: Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the workshop facilitator. * Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the workshop. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
 8. Special Requests * Allergies: Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any allergies to specific flowers, materials or accompanying food and drink.
